Configure an estate

Choose how the house sits on the ground, then the site, then what it must do. Everything recalculates against real physics — what the land can give, what each addition costs in autonomy, and what it would take to close any gap.

01 House type

Five plan strategies, not styles. Each has different consequences for cost, climate and privacy.

02 Site

Search anywhere. Three years of daily observations are read for that point, and the growing season, winter sun, rainfall and dry spells are measured rather than assumed.

03 Household and requirements

Declare what it must do. The figures below are targets, not predictions.

04 Modules

Each one plugs in through defined interfaces, brings its own sensors, and costs autonomy.

05 Your configuration

Everything below is computed, not quoted. Sending it starts a conversation, not an order.

Capital figures are engineering assumptions awaiting supplier quotes, and climate figures are measured from daily observations at the point you chose. Well yield, soil and legal access are not knowable from data and are listed as unknown above. Autonomy is computed from the component register rather than estimated.
