Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Where an engagement follows, records are kept for the life of the relationship and the period our professional and tax obligations require afterwards.
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing it, or ask us to restrict it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within a month. In the EU or UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. We never ask for financial details, identity documents or passwords through this website.
